Sometimes ‘systems’ (teams, organisations) cramp up. ‘Sand lands in the oiled machine’. The fear of the unknown and the uncertainty prevents the progress¬†and growth.We invest in change courses, but those too don’t deliver what we hope for so badly. The perspective on the possibilities disappears and we get ‘marooned’ in impossibilities. At those moments courage is needed, to let go, and the ability to look from a different angle and from there find the innovation.

For example:
